(1) On the application received as per section 16, the registrar will submit it to the relevant subject committee to register the name in the register after making the necessary checks.

(2) Submission as per sub-section (1) On the application received, the relevant subject committee shall submit a report to the Council within fifteen days after examining whether the certificate and title related to the qualification have been recognized or not and whether the application is properly submitted.

(3) According to subsection (2), the committee Based on the submitted report, the council will decide whether or not to register the applicant's name in the registration book.

(4) In case the council decides to register the applicant's name in accordance with sub-section (3), the registrar shall register the applicant's name in the registration book and issue a certificate of registration in the prescribed format. If the council decides not to register the applicant's name, the registrar will inform the applicant.
